Elkera has worked extensively with government and has successfully undertaken a range of very large design and develop projects involving, content analysis for large data sets, comprehensive XML Schema design, authoring and publishing applications development and database driven web site development. Elkera also undertakes very large data conversion projects to convert print or electronic legacy data to XML markup according to rigorous quality standards.

Elkera's experience includes the development of complex legal publishing applications, particularly for legislation and judgments. Legal publishing applications are very demanding due to the volume of content, structural complexity of the content and the need for very high levels of accuracy.

Elkera has developed its own innovative software to support XML content authoring and publishing. Elkera works with a wide range of partner applications to ensure it can always match the correct tool to client needs.
